Step 5. Once payment is
done, please send us a notification email with the recipient name and reference
number. When payment is received, we'll arrange to deliver the parcel.
- All Orders must be placed through order form / email
- Order shall only be reserved for 48 hours from the confirmation email sent. Orders will be released without prior notice after the reservation period.
- You must provide accurate contact information.
- International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customers responsibility.
PACKAGING
All items will be bubble-wrapped and pack nicely before
being delivered.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders will be posted within 3 working days after payment has been received.
- Orders will take about 1-3 working days (depends on your location area and the time sent) to delivered to your doorstep.
- International Shipments take roughly a week however please allow up to three weeks due to the potential intervention of forces beyond our control.

Postal tracking number will be provided once item is dispatched
for shipments tracking.
